Payment Procedure: 50% deposit required 3 weeks of arrival date. Balance upon arrival. Advanced bookings: if you want to secure booking in advance 20% deposit will hold the booking, 30% due three weeks of the arrival date, balance upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is not cancelled without one week’s notice, your 50% deposit will be lost. If there is more than one-week cancellation notice, 20% processing fees will retained. If you postpone and reschedule within 6 months, 30% of the initial deposit will go toward a new date.
